Al descargar, registrarte o usar la aplicación Zampo (la "App"), aceptas estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App. El responsable de la App y vendedor es la ASOCIACIÓN JUNIOR EMPRESA DANU (CIF G56505472, Plaza San Martín 1, 3, 28013 Madrid, España), con contacto en daavz@icloud.com.
Zampo es una aplicación de asistencia nutricional que utiliza inteligencia artificial para estimar los macronutrientes de comidas a partir de fotografías, proponer platos según los ingredientes que tienes en casa y tus objetivos, analizar cartas de restaurantes y hacer seguimiento del progreso (peso, rachas, adherencia).
Zampo no es un dispositivo médico ni sustituye el consejo de profesionales sanitarios. Las estimaciones de calorías y macronutrientes generadas por IA son aproximaciones y pueden contener errores. Los planes calóricos son cálculos orientativos basados en fórmulas estándar (Mifflin-St Jeor). Consulta a un médico o dietista-nutricionista antes de iniciar cualquier régimen alimentario, especialmente si tienes alguna condición médica, alergia grave, trastorno de la conducta alimentaria, o estás embarazada o en periodo de lactancia. En caso de alergias, verifica siempre los ingredientes por ti mismo: los filtros de la App son una ayuda, no una garantía.
Para usar la App es necesario crear una cuenta (mediante Apple, Google o correo): tu plan, tu racha y tu progreso se sincronizan de forma segura en la nube. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales. Debes tener al menos 16 años para usar la App.
Zampo ofrece una suscripción con renovación automática ("Zampo Premium") en dos modalidades: mensual y anual. El precio vigente en tu país y moneda se muestra siempre en la pantalla de compra antes de confirmar. Los nuevos usuarios disfrutan de 3 días de prueba gratuita en ambas modalidades; al finalizar la prueba se cobrará el precio del plan elegido salvo que canceles al menos 24 horas antes. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al final de cada periodo (mes o año) salvo cancelación 24 horas antes. La compra se gestiona a través del App Store (Apple) o de Google Play, según tu dispositivo, y puedes gestionarla o cancelarla desde los ajustes de suscripciones de tu cuenta de esa tienda. No almacenamos datos de tarjetas. RENOVACIÓN AUTOMÁTICA — LÉELO: es una suscripción que se renueva sola y te sigue cobrando hasta que la canceles. La cancelación se hace en los ajustes de suscripciones de tu tienda (en iPhone: Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones; en Android: Google Play → Perfil → Pagos y suscripciones), no borrando la App: desinstalar Zampo no detiene los cobros. La cancelación surte efecto al final del periodo ya pagado, y conservas el acceso Premium hasta entonces. No se reembolsan periodos parciales, salvo cuando la ley lo exija; los reembolsos de compras los gestiona Apple o Google, según la tienda donde compraras.
Te comprometes a no usar la App para fines ilícitos, a no intentar acceder a datos de otros usuarios, a no realizar ingeniería inversa del software y a no sobrecargar deliberadamente los servicios de IA.
La App, su diseño, su mascota, sus textos y su código son propiedad de la ASOCIACIÓN JUNIOR EMPRESA DANU o de sus licenciantes. Se te concede una licencia limitada, personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la App.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de daños derivados del uso de la App, incluidas decisiones alimentarias tomadas a partir de las estimaciones de la IA. La App se proporciona "tal cual", sin garantías de disponibilidad ininterrumpida o exactitud.
Podemos modificar estos términos publicando la versión actualizada en la App. El uso continuado tras los cambios constituye tu aceptación.
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los juzgados de Madrid. Esto no te quita los derechos que tengas donde vives. Si eres consumidor residente fuera de España, conservas las protecciones que te otorgue la normativa imperativa de consumo de tu país de residencia, y nada en estos términos las limita.

Zampo is a nutrition assistance application that uses artificial intelligence to estimate the macronutrients of meals from photographs, suggest dishes based on the ingredients you have at home and your goals, analyse restaurant menus, and track your progress (weight, streaks, adherence).
Zampo is not a medical device and does not replace advice from healthcare professionals. Calorie and macronutrient estimates generated by AI are approximations and may contain errors. Calorie plans are indicative calculations based on standard formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor). Consult a doctor or registered dietitian before starting any dietary regimen, especially if you have a medical condition, a severe allergy, an eating disorder, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. In the case of allergies, always verify ingredients yourself: the App's filters are an aid, not a guarantee.
An account (via Apple, Google or e-mail) is required to use the App: your plan, streak and progress are securely synced to the cloud. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
Zampo offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Zampo Premium") in two options: monthly and annual. The current price for your country and currency is always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. New users get a 3-day free trial with either plan; at the end of the trial the price of the chosen plan will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. The purchase is managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, depending on your device, and you can manage or cancel it from the subscription settings of that store account. We do not store card details. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL — PLEASE READ: this is a subscription that renews by itself and keeps charging you until you cancel it. Cancelling is done in the subscription settings of your store (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions), not by deleting the App: uninstalling Zampo does not stop the charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you keep Premium access until then. We do not issue refunds for partial periods, except where the law of your country requires it — refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on the store where you purchased.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other users' data, not to reverse engineer the software, and not to deliberately overload the AI services.
The App, its design, its mascot, its texts and its code are the property of ASOCIACIÓN JUNIOR EMPRESA DANU or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the App, including dietary decisions made on the basis of AI estimates. The App is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or accuracy.
We may amend these terms by publishing the updated version in the App. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid. This does not take away consumer rights you have where you live. If you are a consumer resident outside Spain, you keep the protections that the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you, and nothing in these terms limits them. The Spanish version of these terms is the legally binding one; this translation is provided for convenience.
